The tournament was the first FIBA 3x3 satellite tournament played in the U.S., and served as an automatic qualifier for FIBA events, as well as the U.S. Nationals. Utilizing the Twitch and Sina Sports/Weibo platforms, the tournament had over 1.8M video views in just over one weekend.
